1.) Matthew Vines has been a Christian all his life. He has also known he was gay from his earliest memories (because LGBTQA+ people are born that way). While he was at Harvard University he decided to take a break and spend two years doing serious research on the original texts, exploring what the Bible really says about being gay. It was that important to him. Then he wrote a book about it. You should read that book. Everyone should. (We have no financial relationship with Matthew or his publisher.) 2.) “The Beginning of Life in Judaism (Article) — According to Jewish law, human life begins at birth, not conception.” Please read the article linked above, then read the blog we wrote in 2012, which has 216K likes. The like button quit working a few months ago, just so you’re aware. It’s still lies!” No, it isn’t, but they are so tied to the views they think sets them apart, they can’t even entertain the truth in their minds.
3.) “Those who do not work should not eat.” Fact-checking 2 Thessalonians 3:10. A favorite conservative justification for cutting social benefits is 2 Thessalonians 3:10. It’s also a gross misinterpretation of the passage (Article). Republicans use it to judge the poor and create policy, which is a sin.
